Winsor Properties operates a warehousing business in Hong Kong through Winner Godown Limited, a 70% owned subsidiary. The cold storage business in Mainland China is operated by China Merchants International Cold Chain (Shenzhen) Company Limited, a joint venture with the China Merchants Group and in which the Group has a 30% interest.

Winner Godown provides about 59,000 square feet of storage space in a godown building located in Tsing Yi.

China Merchants International Cold Chain provides a storage capacity of 30,000 tons in premises located in Shekou and the Qianhaiwan Bonded Port Zone in Mainland China. The business provides storage for all kinds of products, from dry goods, fruits, vegetables, medicinal materials to frozen meat and aquatic products.
