Winsor Properties is primarily a property investment holding company. Through our diverse property interests in Asia, we pursue an investment strategy that seeks to enhance investment value and property yield. Our other businesses in the region include property development, property management and warehousing as well as wine storage.

Winsor Properties was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in July 1996, then a wholly-owned subsidiary of Winsor Industrial Corporation, Limited. In October 1996, Winsor Industrial spun off its property investment and development business and warehousing business to Winsor Properties for a separate listing, and distributed the entire issued share capital of Winsor Properties to the shareholders of Winsor Industrial by way of a dividend in specie. The shares of Winsor Properties have been listed in Hong Kong since 8 November 1996.

In July 2007, Wing Tai Properties Limited (formerly known as USI Holdings Limited) acquired additional interests in Winsor Properties by way of a general offer. Wing Tai Properties is now the holding company of Winsor Properties.
